Origin and world of the character
The character of King Gomah is the great instigator of the events in the Dragon Ball DAIMA animated TV series, a major work produced by Toei Animation and based on an original script by the late master Akira Toriyama. Gomah, who lives and plots in the mysterious and hostile Demon Kingdom, is orchestrating a far-reaching conspiracy to establish his authority once and for all. With the help of a devious wish made thanks to the Dragon Balls, he casts a magical curse that takes the Earth's protectors by surprise: Son Goku and all his allies find themselves brutally rejuvenated and reduced to miniatures. This Machiavellian plan forces Goku to venture to King Gomah's homeland to thwart his dark ambitions and break the curse.
