Origin and character’s universe
Released in 2002 by Disney Animation Studios, the film Lilo & Stitch tells the story of the unlikely yet close friendship between a young Hawaiian orphan girl and an alien creature genetically engineered to destroy everything it touches, Experiment 626. Adopted as if he were just a dog and renamed Stitch, the alien comes to discover the true meaning of the word ‘Ohana’, which means that no one should be left behind or forgotten. Having become one of the most popular and widely featured mascots in Disney’s history thanks to his endearing appearance and playful nature, Stitch is showcased here in a collection of Loungefly surprise pins, combining the beauty of enamel with the excitement of collecting.
