Narrative context and universe (Lore)
In theDemon Slayer universe, Kaigaku is a former demon slayer who underwent the same training as Zenitsu Agatsuma under the former Lightning Pillar, Jigoro Kuwajima. Characterised by personal ambition and a strong survival instinct, he subsequently chose to renounce his oath by accepting Kokushibo’s blood, which transformed him into a demon and allowed him to join the Twelve Demon Moons as the Sixth Upper Moon (Upper Moon Six).
TheVibration Stars Pluscollection captures the character in the midst of utilising his corrupted martial abilities. In battle, Kaigaku fuses his former knowledge of the Breath of Lightning (of which he masters all moves except the first) with his Blood Demon Art (Blood Demon Art). This synergy allows him to generate bursts of sharp, black electricity that slice through his opponents’ skin, altering the visual appearance of his attacks during his final duel against his former classmate.
