The newBatmobilefrom the film*The Batman*(2022) is finally being released as a1/35 scale modelby Bandai Spirits. Moving away from the fantastical designs of previous versions, this model showcases exposed mechanics and an aggressive look, reminiscent of a racing car modified for urban pursuit.
Striking mechanical realism:
The kit emphasises the structural details that are this vehicle’s strong point: the massive, complex rear engine is fully reproduced, as is the protective cockpit. The bodywork lines, a subtle blend of classic elegance and military reinforcements, are sculpted with surgical precision. The tyres, with their realistic texture, add a robust foundation to the overall design.
Premium Bandai design:
True to the manufacturer’s reputation, this model utilisesSnap-fit technology, allowing for glue-free assembly. Although the parts are moulded in a very accurate deep matt black, the fineness of the plastic allows modellers to apply weathering techniques (dust, mud, scratches) to recreate the ‘well-used’ look of the Gotham City vehicle.
