Origin and universe of the character
The character of Gale hails from the famous fantasy role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3, developed and published by Larian Studios in 2023 based on the rules of the legendary board game Dungeons & Dragons. The plot begins when the protagonist is captured by the Mind Flayers, who implant a cerebral parasite into his eye, forcing him to join forces with other survivors to find a cure before he is transformed into a monster. Gale is a magical prodigy harbouring a terrible secret: an unstable orb of magical destruction lodged in his chest, threatening to explode unless he regularly consumes highly valuable magical artefacts.
