Meet Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, in miniature form with this Funko Bitty POP! Ride inspired by Avengers: Doomsday. This set combines a Bitty POP! figure of The Thing with the Fantastic Four Jump Jet, a vehicle featuring the colours of Marvel’s First Family. The figure can be removed from its display case and placed directly inside the vehicle.

The Thing retains the key elements of his iconic appearance: a massive silhouette entirely covered in orange rocky plates and the Fantastic Four outfit. Despite measuring just around 2.3 cm, the character remains instantly recognisable thanks to the characteristic stylisation of the Bitty POP! range. The Jump Jet, meanwhile, stands approximately 3.3 cm tall and is scaled down to the same miniature proportions.

The Ben Grimm figurine comes in a rigid, transparent acrylic display case. Its removable base also serves as a small stand, to which the Bitty POP! is attached for display. Character background and universe (Lore)

Ben Grimm, alias The Thing, is one of the four founding members of the Fantastic Four, alongside Reed Richards, Susan Storm and Johnny Storm. A long-time friend of Reed’s, Ben agrees to pilot his experimental spacecraft on a space flight. The crew were then exposed to a massive dose of cosmic rays, causing each member to undergo an extraordinary transformation.

In Ben’s case, the radiation permanently transformed his body into an extremely resilient, rock-like mass and endowed him with considerable superhuman strength. Unlike several of his teammates, his mutation profoundly altered his appearance and became one of the main challenges he had to learn to cope with. Despite his gruff temperament and his famous battle cry, ‘It’s Clobberin’ Time!’, Ben is often the emotional heart of Marvel’s First Family.
