Rediscover the timeless charm of Winnie the Pooh with this official Disney stationery set designed by Pyramid International. The set includes a notebook and a matching pen, in a soft-coloured design inspired by the classic illustrations of Winnie and Christopher Robin. It is ideal for everyday note-taking, journaling, or for use at school or work.
The cover features Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin on a bridge, looking out over the river and the lush green landscape of the Hundred Acre Wood. This illustration directly evokes the game of Poohsticks, in which players drop twigs from one side of a bridge before watching to see which one reappears first on the other side. The artwork deliberately features a watercolour and line-drawing style, in soft green, pale blue, yellow and brown tones.
The notebook is completed by a vertical yellow elastic band to keep it closed, as well as a matching pen, decorated in the same cream and yellow tones. Measuring approximately 16.5 × 23.5 cm when packaged, it remains compact enough to carry in a bag whilst offering a comfortable writing surface.
Winnie-the-Pooh is one of the iconic inhabitants of the Hundred Acre Wood, where he shares his adventures with Christopher Robin, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Rabbit and their other friends. Disney describes him as a loyal companion, always ready to help his neighbours, and his keen taste for honey is one of his most famous traits.
The character has his origins in the stories created by A. A. Milne, whose world of the Hundred Acre Wood and its inhabitants has, over time, become one of the great classics of children’s literature and, subsequently, of Disney animation. The stories particularly highlight friendship, the simplicity of everyday life and the joy of the little things.
The design of this notebook references the game of Poohsticks, closely associated with Winnie and Christopher Robin: a simple activity centred around a bridge and a river, perfectly capturing the peaceful and contemplative atmosphere of their world.
