Origin and world of the character
Art the Clown is the gruesome main antagonist in the Terrifier slasher gore film franchise, created, written and directed by Damien Leone. Initially appearing in shorts and the anthology film All Hallows' Eve (2013), he became a veritable icon of independent horror cinema with the release of Terrifier in 2016. Disguised as a mute mime with black and white make-up on his face and a distorted, sadistic smile, Art is an immortal, demonic entity who stalks his victims on Halloween night. Unlike the classic killers of the genre, he carries out his misdeeds with macabre theatricality and particularly disturbing black humour, using an arsenal of improvised weapons. This figurine faithfully captures his two-tone aesthetic and sardonic posture, perfect for a permanent place on your shelves.
