Meet Blanka with this 15 cm articulated figure produced by Hasbro and inspired by the 2026 film *Street Fighter*. Crafted on a 1/12 scale, this version captures the appearance of the fighter portrayed on screen by Jason Momoa in a figure designed both for display and to recreate his signature fighting poses.
Here, Blanka sports a very different look from his classic green video game incarnation. His imposing, muscular build is complemented by long, brightly coloured hair, torn red trousers, a necklace and ankle chains. This aesthetic draws directly on the design adopted for the new film adaptation whilst retaining the wild character immediately associated with the character.
The figure features numerous points of articulation in the arms, wrists, legs, torso and ankles to allow for dynamic poses. Hasbro also includes three accessories, including an alternate head showing Blanka roaring, as well as electrical effects to recreate his iconic Electric Thunder attack.

Character background and universe (Lore)
Blanka is one of Street Fighter’s long-standing fighters and first appeared in Street Fighter II: The World Warrior. His real first name is Jimmy, and Capcom presents him as a fighter from Brazil, recognisable by his extremely ferocious fighting style, his rolling attacks and, above all, his ability to generate powerful electric shocks.
As a child, Jimmy was on board a plane that crashed in the jungle. Cut off from the rest of civilisation, he grew up surviving on his own amongst wild animals and developed an instinctive and unpredictable fighting style. According to Capcom’s official guide, his encounters with electric eels enabled him to develop his ability to generate electric shocks.
Despite his ferocious appearance, Blanka is not portrayed as a malicious character. In particular, he is very attached to his mother, Samantha, whom he seeks to find and make proud. This contrast between a beast-like appearance and a deeply loyal and affectionate personality has become one of the character’s defining traits throughout the series.
The 2026 film *Street Fighter* offers a new take on this universe. The story is set in 1993 and follows Ryu and Ken, who are recruited by Chun-Li to take part in the World Warrior Tournament, behind which lies a wider conspiracy. Jason Momoa plays Blanka, and the official trailers show him facing off against Ryu, amongst other scenes.
This Hasbro action figure faithfully recreates this cinematic incarnation: Blanka’s long hair, red trousers, chains and build mirror his appearance in the film, whilst the electric effects and articulated poses retain the iconic abilities inherited from the video games.
