Origin and character lore
In the world of Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, the Uma Musume are young girls with extraordinary racing abilities, the spiritual reincarnations of legendary racehorses who have left their mark on the history of real-life horse racing. North Flight is directly inspired by the famous Japanese racehorse of the same name, crowned champion of the sprinters and mile specialists in the early 1990s. At the prestigious Tracen Academy, she trains tirelessly with her classmates to win the Twinkle Series, intense competitions combining thrilling sprint races with musical performances (Winning Live) where the winners sing on stage for their fans. Renowned for her infectious energy, her ethereal grace and her tenacity on the track, she embodies the passion for pushing one’s limits. This figurine celebrates the elegance and athletic strength of this exceptional racehorse.
