Origin and character background
Directly inspired by the cult 1990s Cartoon Network animated series, this figure depicts the formidable and impetuous Buttercup. Accidentally created in a laboratory by Professor Utonium using a mixture of sugar, spices and chemical agent X, she forms, alongside her sisters Belle and Bulle, the trio that protects the city of Townsville. With a fiery temperament, phenomenal physical strength and a warrior’s spirit, she always prefers direct action to diplomacy when it comes to defeating giant monsters or thwarting Mojo Jojo’s plans.
This Funko Pop! figure captures her determined, three-dimensional gaze, her iconic black hairstyle and her signature green dress with remarkable graphic accuracy. An absolutely exceptional choice to add a touch of nostalgic action to your display cabinet.
