This officially licensed Pokémon Difuzed snapback cap features Pikachu in a monochrome black-and-white design. Designed for adults and available in a unisex fit, it features a flat peak and a deliberately minimalist graphic design, combining an illustrated Pikachu patch with his name written in Japanese characters.
The front features a black square patch edged with white embroidery. Pikachu appears as a white line drawing, in an expressive pose with his paws tucked in front of him. Next to this motif is the inscription ‘ピカチュウ’, corresponding to the name Pikachu written in Japanese katakana. Difuzed specifies that the character is depicted on a woven patch, whilst the Japanese text is applied using screen printing.
The rest of the cap is entirely black, including the ventilation eyelets and the top button, which makes the white elements of the front design stand out. The flat peak also has a black surface on top, whilst its underside is light in colour, creating further contrast when the cap is worn
With its black-and-white colour scheme and subtle Japanese references, this cap offers a more understated interpretation of Pikachu than accessories that traditionally feature its characteristic yellow colour. It can therefore be worn as an everyday accessory whilst still clearly identifying with the Pokémon universe.

Origin and character lore
Pikachu is an Electric-type Pokémon belonging to the Mouse Pokémon category. It is listed as number 025 in the National Pokédex, officially measures around 40 cm and weighs 6 kg. Its appearance is characterised in particular by its yellow fur, long ears with black tips, red cheeks and lightning-shaped tail.
Pikachu’s cheeks contain pouches capable of storing electricity. This energy can then be released in the form of various electric attacks. Pikachu can also communicate with one another using electricity, notably by passing a current between them when they touch tails.
Pikachu can evolve into Raichu and has played a central role in the Pokémon franchise since the first generation. Its silhouette and electric traits have become instantly recognisable across video games, the animated series, the Trading Card Game and the many other spin-offs within the franchise.
This cap, however, deliberately departs from its usual colour scheme. The black-and-white patch retains only the Pokémon’s distinctive outlines, whilst the Japanese inscription ‘ピカチュウ’ directly references the franchise’s Japanese origins and simply means ‘Pikachu’ in katakana.
