Origin and character background
Red-Haired Shanks is one of the four Emperors (Yonko) who rule the New World in the monumental series One Piece, the legendary Shonen manga created by Eiichiro Oda. A former member of the crew of the Pirate King Gol D. Roger, he is the spiritual mentor of Monkey D. Luffy, to whom he entrusted his precious straw hat in exchange for a promise of the future. Despite the loss of his left arm, Shanks remains one of the most formidable fighters in the Grand Line, capable of rivalling the world’s greatest powers thanks to his unrivalled mastery of the Haki (Flow) of Kings. Banpresto’s “Battle Record Collection” is particularly renowned for capturing the visceral energy of the characters’ iconic fighting poses through meticulous and ultra-dynamic sculpting. This figurine meticulously recreates the details of his famous scar over his left eye, his long black cape billowing in the wind, and the hilt of his Gryphon sword, establishing itself as a must-have piece for all fans of the saga.
