Origin and character background
Nico Robin (also known by the nickname ‘The Devil’s Child’) is the official archaeologist of the Straw Hat Crew in the monumental series One Piece, created by Eiichiro Oda. The sole survivor of the destroyed island of Ohara, she possesses the unique ability to read the Poneglyphs, ancient stone tablets essential for locating the legendary treasure and uncovering the secrets of the Forgotten Century. Having eaten the Flower-Flower Fruit (Hana Hana no Mi), she can make parts of her body bloom on any surface within her reach. This figurine is part of the Egghead arc, set on the futuristic island of the famous scientist Vegapunk, where the crew sports brand-new high-tech outfits. Banpresto’s “DXF-The Grandline Series” range applies all its expertise here to faithfully recreate the harmonious curves of her silhouette, the delicacy of her features and the distinctive details of her futuristic clothing.
