Origin and background of the character
Shukaku, better known as Ichibi (the One-Tailed Demon), is one of the nine legendary tailed beasts (Bijuu) from the ninja masterpiece Naruto, created by manga artist Masashi Kishimoto. Depicted as a gigantic tanuki (Japanese raccoon dog) made entirely of sand, Shukaku has a particularly volatile, wild and megalomaniacal personality. He is the first demon to make a striking appearance in the series as an entity sealed within the heart of Gaara, the young desert ninja and future Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village. The undisputed master of sealing techniques and sand manipulation, Shukaku draws his raw power from the spiritual energy of his vessel.
This 10 cm figure from the "Soft Vinyl" collection perfectly captures the distinctive design and polished appearance of this mythical monster in a compact format. The sculpt highlights the grainy texture of his skin, his embossed blue seal patterns, and his massive tail. Its facial expression, blending madness and mischief, beautifully captures the spirit of the desert, making it an essential addition for any passionate collector wishing to complete their collection of creatures from the saga.
