Narrative context and universe (Lore)
In the world of the series, theIchiraku Ramenrestaurant plays a central role in Naruto Uzumaki’s daily life. Run by Chef Teuchi and his daughter Ayame, this fast-food restaurant in Konoha is the protagonist’s favourite haunt, where he has found refuge and comfort since childhood, whilst being rejected by most of the village’s inhabitants due to the demon sealed within him.
This figurine captures one of the recurring moments from the first part of the manga, where Naruto is eating his favourite dish, pork miso ramen. This counter setting is closely linked to the hero’s formative social interactions, particularly his conversations with his first tutor and teacher at the Ninja Academy, Iruka Umino, who regularly uses these meals as a reward or a means of encouragement to support the young ninja’s progress.
