Meet Shota Aizawa, aka Eraser Head, with this Funko POP! Animation No. 2591 figurine inspired by My Hero Academia. This depiction of the Class 1-A teacher measures approximately 12.2 cm and captures his appearance as a professional hero in a dynamic pose.
Aizawa is depicted with his long, tousled black hair, stubble and his characteristic weary expression. His dark outfit is complemented by his grey capture scarf, one of his key pieces of combat gear. The sculpture features a translucent purple effect that wraps around the lower part of the figure, adding further movement to the overall design whilst maintaining the stylised proportions characteristic of POP! figures.
This PVC/vinyl figurine follows the classic format of the POP! range and comes in an illustrated window box, allowing it to be displayed with or without its packaging. It can be added to a collection dedicated to the heroes, teachers and pupils of U.A. High School.

Character background and universe (Lore)
Shota Aizawa, known in hero circles as Eraser Head, is a Pro Hero and teacher at U.A. High School, where he is in charge of Class 1-A. His generally aloof demeanour, perpetually tired appearance and particularly demanding teaching methods conceal a hero who is deeply committed to the safety and progress of his pupils.
His Alter, Erasure, allows him to temporarily neutralise a person’s Alter simply by keeping his gaze fixed on them. This ability makes him a particularly dangerous opponent for fighters who rely heavily on their powers. His Alter does, however, have one major limitation: its effect ceases whenever Aizawa has to close his eyes, such as when blinking.
To compensate for the relatively non-offensive nature of his Alter, Aizawa has developed a close-quarters fighting style that relies in particular on his capture scarf, which he uses to immobilise, unbalance or throw his opponents. The combination of this equipment, his hand-to-hand combat experience and ‘Erasure’ enables him to take on several enemies simultaneously, despite lacking a directly destructive Quirk.
As *My Hero Academia* progresses, Eraser Head also becomes one of the main mentors to Izuku Midoriya and Class 1-A. Behind his stern demeanour, he proves willing to take considerable risks to protect his pupils, making him one of the most important teachers and professional heroes in the series.
