Character background and lore
Keigo Takami, better known by his hero name Hawks, is a major character in the manga and anime adaptation *My Hero Academia*, created by Kōhei Horikoshi. Despite his young age, his prodigious speed and tactical intellect have enabled him to rise to the highly coveted position of Number 2 Hero in the overall rankings, just behind Endeavour.
His Quirk,‘Fierce Wings’, grants him majestic wings of red feathers on his back. He can detach and mentally control each feather with pinpoint accuracy, using them as razor-sharp blades or as sensory receptors to detect vibrations in the air. Hiding a formidable analytical mind beneath a carefree exterior, Hawks agrees to undertake the most perilous missions, even going so far as to infiltrate the Paranormal Liberation Front as a double agent, risking his life to ensure lasting peace for society.
