Character background and universe
Kyoka Jiro (known by her hero name "Hearing Hero: Earphone Jack") is a student in Class 2-A at U.A. High School, from the world of the Shonen manga My Hero Academia created by Kohei Horikoshi. Passionate about rock music, she sports a laid-back style and possesses a unique Quirk named "Earphone Jack", which manifests as long, extendable earlobes ending in male jack plugs. By plugging her jacks directly into walls or the floor, Kyoka can amplify and project the beats of her own heart as powerful, destructive shockwaves, or use them as ultra-sensitive acoustic radars to locate her enemies. Banpresto’s “The Amazing Heroes” collection meticulously captures the young girl’s determination during the series’ major battles.
