Origin and character lore
In the history of Gothic cinema and Hollywood’s fantasy myths, the werewolf is Larry Talbot’s monstrous alter ego. Back at his father’s estate in Wales, this ordinary man with a shattered destiny makes the mistake of trying to defend a young woman from the attack of a rabid wolf. Bitten during the confrontation by the beast (who turns out to be a lycanthropic gypsy), Larry is henceforth subjected to a terrifying ancient curse. Condemned to transform into a bloodthirsty hybrid monster every full moon, he becomes a predator to those closest to him despite his desperate struggle and the purity of his heart. This tragic figure can find peace only through the deliverance of death. This soft toy celebrates the founding icon of the modern werewolf myth on the big screen.
