Figurine Funko POP! Marvel Sketched N° 1573 - Wolverine
This action figure from the Marvel Sketched collection features the most famous and ferocious of mutants, Wolverine, in an artistic style of great purity.
The design features a special "Sketched Deco" finish. This visual treatment is characterised by an all-white monochrome finish underlined by very pronounced black contour lines, simulating a hand-drawn sketch. This uncluttered style is a direct tribute to the preparatory work carried out by comic book artists before colouring in the plates. The figurine shows the character in a dynamic combat stance, knees bent, ready to pounce, deploying his emblematic adamantium claws protruding from his fists. Like the other Marvel figures produced by Funko, this model is technically designed as a Bobble Head, meaning that its head is mounted on an oscillating spring.
This collector's item is ideal for fans of the X-Men universe, fans of sequential art and collectors of original graphic variations. The product is delivered in its original protective window box, featuring the range's visual charter.

Origin and concept of the collection (Lore)
The "Sketched" concept developed by Funko celebrates the initial, raw stage in the creation of a comic book: pencil art. Before a Marvel comic book receives its final inking and colouring by the editorial teams, the artist lays down his ideas on a blank page in black pencil to define anatomy, movement and dramatic intensity. This figurine freezes precisely this creative process. It strips Wolverine of his classic yellow and blue costume to emphasise the aggressiveness of his figure and the sharpness of his claws with simple hatching effects and charcoal strokes. It's a direct visual tribute to legendary artists like Dave Cockrum and John Byrne, who defined Logan's modern look in the X-Men comics.
