Origin and character’s universe
Directly inspired by the vintage art style and the golden age of Marvel Comics, this figure from the Marvel New Classics collection reimagines Spider-Man through an exceptional retro design. Bitten by a radioactive spider, the young photographer Peter Parker gains superhuman physical strength, extraordinary agility and a precious spider-sense to track down New York’s supervillains. Driven by the tragic loss of his Uncle Ben, his heroic quest demonstrates that ‘with great power comes great responsibility’.
This Funko Pop! version faithfully captures his classic blue and red costume, his large, opaque vintage eyes and his iconic, sculpted pose. In line with Funko’s regulatory requirements for Marvel products, its built-in spring mechanism allows the head to move with the slightest touch, adding a playful and unique touch to your display.
