Character background and lore
Inspired by the iconic comics of the Marvel Universe, Victor Von Doom is a man of humble origins who overcame the tragedies of his youth to pursue a single goal: to master both cutting-edge science and the mystical arts in order to secure his place as the absolute ruler of Latveria. A ruthless monarch, yet guided by his own code of honour and strict moral values to protect his people, he grew up obsessed with proving his intellectual superiority, learning to conceal his disfigured face behind a rigid iron mask and an extraordinary strength of character. Striving to pit his brilliant mind against Reed Richards and the Fantastic Four, he orchestrates numerous technological conquests across the globe. This marks the beginning of a demanding quest for universal power, in which the big-hearted dictator uses his absolute determination to establish his dominance, becoming the indispensable elite leader capable of upsetting the balance of power and rivalling the cosmic entities of the multiverse.
