Character background and universe (Lore)
In the Outer Rim of the Star Wars galaxy, following the fall of the Galactic Empire, a lone bounty hunter named Din Djarin operates according to the strict precepts of the Mandalorian Code. His life is turned upside down when his guild assigns him a very special target: a child of the same mysterious species as the legendary Master Yoda. Refusing to abandon the innocent child to the merciless remnants of the Empire, the Mandalorian breaks his contract and chooses to flee. Together, they form an inseparable bond based on mutual protection and travel the galaxy in search of the remaining Jedi. These bookends celebrate the unique, brotherly bond that unites this formidable warrior and this precious child sensitive to the Force.
