Character background and lore
Homura Akemi is one of the central characters in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Although she appears cold and aloof, she possesses exceptional determination and shares a particularly deep bond with Madoka Kaname, whom she constantly seeks to protect.
Her story is closely linked to time loops and the consequences of the magical girl system. Behind her stoic demeanour lies a resolve forged through numerous painful experiences, making her one of the most complex characters in the series.
In *Walpurgisnacht: Rising*, Homura plays a pivotal role in the story’s continuity. This Glasscape figurine particularly highlights her reserved and mysterious nature through her seated posture, her sombre outfit and the translucent backdrop that accompanies her.
