Origin and background of the character
Adapted from J.R.R. Tolkien’s seminal literary work, brought to the screen by Peter Jackson, Rivendell is a haven of peace hidden in a deep valley in Middle-earth. Nicknamed ‘the Last Simple House East of the Sea’, this woodland city is ruled by Lord Elrond, one of the most powerful and wisest Half-Elves to survive the Third Age. It is in this majestic sanctuary, famous for its waterfalls and harmonious architecture, that Elrond’s Council convenes and the Fellowship of the Ring is formed. This Funko Pop! Town diorama beautifully captures the elegant arches and characteristic details of the Elven dwelling, making it an absolute centrepiece for all fans of this mythical saga.
