Origin and character background (Lore)
Released in cinemas in 2002 by Disney Studios, Lilo & Stitch tells the heart-warming story of Stitch, also known as Experiment 626, a blue alien creature genetically engineered to be indestructible and to destroy everything in his path. Having escaped from his prison planet, he crashes on the island of Hawaii, where he is adopted as a strange sort of dog by Lilo, a lonely and rebellious little girl raised by her older sister Nani. Thanks to Lilo’s patience and the power of the Hawaiian philosophy of ‘Ohana’ — which means that no one should be left behind or forgotten — the aggressive monster gradually softens, discovers loyalty and forges a true chosen family. This notepad celebrates this warm and sunny heritage, inviting you to organise your daily life with the same creativity and optimism as the inhabitants of the island of Kauai.
