Figurine Funko POP! Movies N° 2030 - It (IT) - Pennywise / Pennywise (Shelf Sitter)
This vinyl figure represents the terrifying shape-shifting clown Pennywise, the demonic entity at the heart of the famous horror film Ça(IT).
This model incorporates the visual characteristics of the Funko POP! range, combining a disproportionately large head with a reduced body. It stands out for its original "Shelf Sitter" concept. The statuette features the monster in a stable seated position, specifically designed to be placed on the edge of a shelf, piece of furniture or desk, giving the impression that he is observing his surroundings. The character retains his Victorian-style grey clown costume with red tassels, flaming orange hair and sinister facial make-up with a ferocious smile.
Designed primarily for an original, immersive exhibition, this collector's item is delivered in its original cardboard window box packaging, so that the figure can be viewed protected from dust.

Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Imagined by the genius writer Stephen King in his 1986 masterpiece novel before being turned into a film by Andy Muschietti, Pennywise is a malevolent cosmic entity from thousands of years ago, capable of changing shape at will. Lurking in the sewers of the town of Derry in Maine, the creature awakens every 27 years to feed on the region's children by materialising their deepest fears, the dancing clown remaining his favourite guise for baiting his prey. This "Shelf Sitter" figurine concept is a reminder of the disturbing and insidious way in which the monster likes to watch the Rat Club from the corners of the town before striking.
