HATSUNE MIKU X TIROL CHOCO -Coffee Nougat 2 -Statue Collaboration 19cm

This FuRyu figurine celebrates Hatsune Miku as part of a collaboration with the Japanese confectionery brand TIROL CHOCO. Standing approximately 19 cm tall, it retains the same overall design whilst featuring a markedly different colour scheme.

Miku is depicted in an outfit inspired by TIROL CHOCO’s famous Coffee Nougat chocolate. Unlike the standard version, which is dominated by dark and brown tones, this ‘Another Colour Ver.’ favours white, golden yellow and turquoise, accompanied by a few touches of brown that directly evoke the confectionery. This brighter colour scheme significantly alters the figurine’s appearance whilst retaining the collaboration’s visual identity.

The outfit features a detailed, asymmetrical design, with a light-coloured dress embellished with gold trim, turquoise ribbons and decorative elements inspired by the TIROL CHOCO universe. Ornamental roses appear in particular at the waist and in her hair. Miku also holds an accessory resembling a decorative spoon, whilst her other hand is raised near her shoulder. Her long turquoise pigtails fan out widely on either side of her figure, helping to balance the composition.

Character background and lore

Hatsune Miku is a virtual singer developed by Crypton Future Media and launched in 2007 as a voice bank for the VOCALOID2 synthesis software. Her visual identity, instantly recognisable thanks to her long turquoise pigtails, accompanies a digital voice that users can employ to create their own songs.

Miku does not have a single narrative history comparable to that of a manga or anime character. She functions more as an open creative platform: musicians, illustrators, animators and other artists can offer their own interpretations of the character. This freedom explains the vast diversity of costumes, worlds and collaborations that have sprung up around her since her launch.

TIROL CHOCO is a Japanese brand specialising in small, individually wrapped chocolates available in a wide range of flavours. Coffee Nougat is one of its classic products, combining chocolate with a coffee-flavoured nougat centre. Its graphic identity and colour scheme serve as the starting point for the costume specially designed for Hatsune Miku.

The Coffee Nougat Another Colour Ver. takes the concept a step further by offering a second interpretation of the same design. The elements directly inspired by the confectionery are retained, but their colour palette has been transformed to feature shades of white, gold and turquoise. This variation thus illustrates Hatsune Miku’s ability to be continually reinterpreted whilst retaining the visual elements that make her instantly recognisable.
