Figurine Funko POP! Movies No. 18 - Harry Potter - Dementor
This vinyl figure represents a terrifying Dementor, the spectral and evil creature from the literary and cinematic universe of the Harry Potter saga.
The model incorporates the stylistic features of the Funko POP! range, combining an oversized head with a reduced body. The collectible statuette perfectly captures the gloomy, sinister look of the Keeper of Azkaban. The figure is draped entirely in a long, tattered black cloak, the fluid textures of which give the illusion that the creature is floating and gliding through the air. His long, skeletal arms with gaunt hands, reminiscent of dead flesh, reach forward, ready to seize his prey and inflict his deadly kiss. The figure adopts a fixed, stable posture for display on a flat surface.
Designed primarily for display on a shelf, on a desk or in a shop window, this classic collector's item comes in its original cardboard window box to keep this creature of darkness safe from dust.

Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Considered to be the most disgusting creatures in the wizarding world, Destractors are soulless beings who feed on the joy, happiness and positive memories of their victims. Originally used by the Ministry of Magic to guard the terrible prison of Azkaban, they plunge those around them into a state of absolute despair, which can lead to madness. In Harry Potter's third year at school, they are deployed around Hogwarts to hunt down Sirius Black, but their presence profoundly affects the young boy by rekindling his childhood traumas. The only way to neutralise these spectres is to project a force of positive energy by materialising a Patronus, a major complex protection spell.
