Origin and universe – Ghost Face Bling Mask

Ghost Face is a visual identity created and owned by Fun World, consisting mainly of the famous elongated mask paired with a black hooded dress. Fun World states that its Ghost Face mask and costume have become an integral part of the history of the Scream film franchise, in which this appearance is used by various killers rather than by a single, permanent character.

The Bling Mask is an official variation of this classic mask. Fun World markets a version adorned with individually applied crystal-like stones, retaining the characteristic black eyes and mouth whilst giving the face a much more sparkling appearance.

POP! No. 2168 directly incorporates this decorative variation. It therefore does not correspond to a mask worn by a specific Ghost Face in a particular film, but is an official reinterpretation of the Ghost Face mask, adapted here by Funko with a glitter finish to accentuate its ‘bling’ look.
