Origin and background of the character
Son Goku is the central, charismatic and legendary protagonist of the global Dragon Ball saga, created by the late master Akira Toriyama. Sent to Earth whilst he was still a Saiyan infant, he grew up cultivating a pure love for martial arts, justice and pushing himself to the limit. Throughout his heroic journey, Goku faces ever more formidable opponents, constantly pushing the boundaries of mortal power to protect his loved ones and preserve peace in the universe, whilst retaining his pure heart and unwavering determination.
This superb 17 cm figurine perfectly captures the hero’s raw energy and charisma through a dynamic and iconic pose. The sculpted relief meticulously highlights the lines of his athletic silhouette, the fluid folds of his traditional combat outfit under the strain of movement, as well as the intricate details of his characteristic spiky black hairstyle. The care taken with his facial expression perfectly captures the warrior’s fervour and concentration, making this an essential centrepiece for long-time fans looking to enhance their collection or add a touch of adventure to their display cabinet.
