Figurine Funko POP! Animation No. 867 - Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Tanjiro Kamado
This vinyl figure features Tanjiro Kamado, the courageous and determined protagonist of the hit manga and animated series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The design adapts the young slayer to the iconic stylistic canons of the Funko POP! range, combining an oversized head with an expressive, dynamic body. The PVC plastic statuette stands approximately 9.5 cm tall and meticulously recreates his distinctive physical attributes, including the scar on his forehead and the traditional Hanafuda earrings inherited from his family. He is shown wearing his official dark uniform of the Demon Slayers Army, covered by his famous haori with its black and fir-green chequered pattern. In combat stance, he brandishes his katana of the Sun(Nichirin Blade), ready to execute a breath technique. Its structure is ideally balanced to provide a stable base on any collection shelf or desk.
Ideal for pop culture and manga enthusiasts, this officially licensed piece comes sealed in its original cardboard window box, designed to show it off to its best advantage while protecting it from environmental wear and tear.

Origin and world of the character (Lore)
In the Demon Slayer universe, Tanjiro Kamado is a kind-hearted young coal merchant whose life is tragically turned upside down when his family is brutally slaughtered by Muzan Kibutsuji, the king of demons. The only survivor of this night of horror, his little sister Nezuko is transformed into a demonic creature, while retaining some of her humanity. Refusing to abandon her, Tanjiro trains tirelessly under the tutelage of Sakonji Urokodaki to master the Breath of Water and joins the ranks of theDemon Slayer Corps. Supported by his comrades-in-arms Zenitsu and Inosuke, he travels across Taisho-era Japan on a twofold quest: to hunt down the demons responsible for the tragedy and to find a cure that will restore his sister to her human form.
