BEYBLADE X - Drop Battle Battle Beystadium Set

Take your battles to new heights with the Beyblade X Drop Attack Battle Set. Produced by Hasbro, this complete set includes a Beystadium arena specially designed for high-altitude attacks, two Beyblade X spinners and two launchers, so you can start a duel as soon as assembly is complete.

The unique feature of the Drop Attack Beystadium is its raised X-Celerator rail. When a Bey’s gear engages with this rail, it can perform an Xtreme Dash, gain even more height and then drop back down towards the battle zone to try and strike the opponent’s Bey from above. Hasbro officially presents this system as an evolution of the Beyblade X concept, designed to produce even more spectacular collisions and Bursts.

The set includes the Impact Drake 9-60LR, an attack-oriented Beyblade, and the Hover Wyvern 3-85N, a defence-oriented Beyblade, each accompanied by its own launcher. The Blade, Ratchet and Bit components remain interchangeable with other compatible Beyblade X system spinners, allowing you to test different configurations depending on your preferred fighting style.

Origin and background of the collection (Lore)

Beyblade X represents a new generation of the Beyblade franchise, centred on faster and more dynamic battles. Its distinctive feature is the X-Celerator Rail, a toothed section of the Beystadium that interacts with the gear on the tip of the tops to trigger the Xtreme Dash, a sudden burst of acceleration designed to cause powerful collisions.

The Drop Attack Beystadium takes this mechanic a step further by positioning part of the rail at a higher level. Instead of simply accelerating around the stadium, a top can be sent towards an upper section before descending back into the arena, creating new trajectories and attack possibilities. Hasbro officially unveiled the Drop Attack Battle Set in 2025 as one of the major developments in the Beyblade X experience.

The two Beyblades included offer contrasting approaches: the Impact Drake 9-60LR favours an offensive style with direct strikes, whilst the Hover Wyvern 3-85N adopts a defensive strategy designed to better withstand the opponent’s attacks. This contrast allows players to immediately make the most of the new arena’s unique features.
