Origin and world of the character
Berni (Berni The Bear) is the historic official mascot of FC Bayern Munich, one of the most famous, successful and influential football clubs in the German Bundesliga and the European sporting landscape. Portrayed as a friendly, enthusiastic brown bear in the team's traditional red and white shirt, Berni accompanies the club to all its home matches at the Allianz Arena. His job is to entertain fans of all ages, liven up the stands and convey the Bavarian institution's values of friendliness and team spirit. This stylised version of the Funko collection transposes the warm-hearted figure of the mascot into the brand's characteristic geometric aesthetic.
