Funko is celebrating one of the characters from *A Christmas Story* with this POP! Movies figurine (No. 2146), dedicated to Randy Parker, Ralphie’s younger brother. Standing approximately 9.7 cm tall, this vinyl figurine recreates an iconic winter scene from the film and joins the Funko collection dedicated to this Christmas film classic.
Randy is depicted wrapped up warm in his red snowsuit, his face wrapped in a thick blue and grey scarf and his hands covered in patterned mittens. The figurine stands on a small sculpted base evoking snow, a direct reference to the scene where his mother dresses him in so many layers of clothing that he can barely move.
The Funko design retains the signature features of the POP! range, with a deliberately oversized head, simplified shapes and the key visual elements that make the character instantly recognisable. The winter colours of his outfit and the snow-covered base emphasise the seasonal feel of this figurine, which is particularly well-suited to a collection dedicated to Christmas films.
The figurine comes in an illustrated window box featuring the colours of *A Christmas Story*, allowing it to be displayed with or without its packaging. It can be combined with other characters from the same Funko wave to recreate part of the Parker family and some of the film’s most memorable characters.

Character background and universe (Lore)
A Christmas Story is a Christmas comedy released in 1983 and directed by Bob Clark. Inspired by the semi-autobiographical stories of author and comedian Jean Shepherd, the film is set in the American Midwest around 1940 and centres on Ralphie Parker, a young boy who dreams of receiving a Red Ryder air rifle for Christmas.
Randy Parker is Ralphie’s younger brother. Played by Ian Petrella, he accompanies his brother in several scenes depicting the Parker family’s daily life and adds an extra layer of comedy through his childish behaviour, his spontaneous reactions and his relationship with his older brother.
One of his most famous scenes comes when their mother is getting him ready to face the cold. Randy is so swathed in his thick snowsuit that he has almost lost all freedom of movement. This sequence has become one of the film’s most memorable visual gags and is precisely the inspiration for this POP! figurine No. 2146.
Beyond this scene, Randy contributes to the family atmosphere that gives *A Christmas Story* its charm. The film contrasts the everyday concerns of children with nostalgic memories of 1940s America and has gradually established itself as a classic of the festive season in North America.
