Character background and universe (Lore)
In the vast tapestry of the Transformers saga, Ratchet is the long-serving chief medic and one of Optimus Prime’s oldest comrades-in-arms. With a temperament that can be gruff at times but an absolute dedication to preserving life, he far prefers to repair his allies rather than destroy his enemies, although his courage on the battlefield is beyond question. Linked to the wisdom of the Primes, he combines advanced scientific knowledge with state-of-the-art equipment to heal physical wounds and recharge theSparks of his fellow Autobots. Capable of instantly transforming into an ambulance to intervene in the heart of the most dangerous combat zones, he embodies the selflessness and technical resilience of his faction. This figure celebrates the spirit of an indispensable hero whose medical genius has saved the Freedom Army on countless occasions.
