Origin and world of the character
This action figure captures one of Peter Parker's most intense and dramatic moments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). After his secret identity is revealed to the world, Peter Parker enlists the help of Doctor Strange to cast a collective amnesia spell. The accidental alteration of the ritual fractures the multiverse, drawing iconic super-villains from other cinematic continuities (The Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Electro) into its own reality. During the Dantesque and emotional climax that follows, Spider-Man's costume suffers heavy physical damage. The tears and tatters visible on this figurine powerfully materialise the resilience and ultimate sacrifices made by the young hero to repair the multiverse and protect those he loves, at the cost of his own anonymity.
