SOUSAI SHOJO TEIEN - Animals Ears Emulator Swim Style - Model Kit 17cm

SOUSAISHOJOTEIEN – Animal Ears Emulator – Swim Style – 1/10 Scale Model Kit, 17 cm

Discover Animal Ears Emulator [Swim Style], a Kotobukiya model kit born from a crossover between SOUSAISHOJOTEIEN and MEGALOMARIA UNLIMITED UNIVERSE. Presented at a scale of 1/10, the model measures approximately 16.8 cm when assembled and gives Emulator a summery look, created using parts from several SOUSAISHOJOTEIEN kits.

This version combines Kuon Yakushiji’s [Touou High School Uniform] low ponytail with a fringe featuring fox ears, taken from the Arranged Wigs Animal Ears Messy Bun [Fox] set. The hair features a translucent ‘milk tea’ shade associated with Emulator. The body is based on that of Ritsuka Saeki [Swim Style], complete with a pale blue swimsuit and a translucent white sarong. The ribbon attached to the waist is articulated so as not to restrict leg movement.

The kit offers numerous possibilities for posing and customisation. It includes three pre-painted faces and three unpainted faces, thirteen types of interchangeable hands, a body specifically designed for seated poses, fixed legs and several types of bare feet. The bikini straps and sandal straps are pre-painted, whilst a sheet of decals allows you to create different directions of gaze, amongst other things. A display stand is also included.

Character background and universe (Lore)

MEGALOMARIA UNLIMITED UNIVERSE exists within the SOUSAISHOJOTEIEN universe as a tokusatsu television series. This universe features, in particular, the Triggers and the mysterious entities known as Anothers, enabling Kotobukiya to create narrative and visual links between its various model kit ranges.

Emulator is presented as a mysterious Another capable of mimicking the appearance of a Trigger. His original version belongs to the MEGALOMARIA range and features an appearance blending human and mechanical elements. Kotobukiya capitalises precisely on this ability to imitate to develop various variations and combinations of the character.

With Animal Ears Emulator [Swim Style], the concept is deliberately transposed into the more everyday world of SOUSAISHOJOTEIEN: Emulator abandons his usual mechanical appearance in favour of a human body in beachwear, whilst retaining certain visual elements that make him recognisable, notably his hair colour and blue eyes. This edition thus represents a direct crossover between the two worlds and makes the most of the modular compatibility characteristic of Kotobukiya model kits.
