Origin and character’s universe
In Capcom’s Resident Evil survival horror universe, Albert Wesker emerges as a recurring and central antagonist in the plot. Initially presented as the respected leader of S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics And Rescue Service) in Raccoon City, he turns out to be a double agent secretly working on behalf of the Umbrella Corporation. Driven by ambitions of supremacy, he orchestrates the betrayal of his own men before injecting himself with an experimental prototype virus. This genetic modification grants him superhuman physical abilities, increased speed and distinctive red eyes, which he constantly conceals.
This Funko Pop! figure recreates the character’s distinctive outfit. Wesker is depicted with his blond hair slicked back and wearing opaque black sunglasses. He is wearing his long, dark, buttoned-up trench coat, complemented by matching gloves and boots, illustrating his stern and aloof demeanour within Capcom’s video game franchise.
