Origin and world of the character (Lore)
The POP! Pets collection pays tribute to the most popular pets that share our daily lives. Originally from Wales, where they were historically used as sheepdogs to guide herds of cattle, the Welsh Corgi (particularly the Pembroke variety) is world famous for having been the inseparable companion and symbol of British royalty under the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. Despite their small size, they are lively, bold, extremely intelligent dogs with a strong personality. Their cheerful nature and unique looks have conquered the internet and homes around the world, establishing them as a veritable icon of tenderness.
