Origin and universe of the characters
This three-dimensional scene is directly inspired by the Rêverie arc and the explosive revelations of the Egghead saga in One Piece, the masterpiece created by mangaka Eiichiro Oda. Having infiltrated the heart of Pangea Castle in the Holy Land of Mary Geoise to free Bartholomew Kuma, Sabo, the Revolutionary Army’s second-in-command, becomes an eyewitness to the World Government’s greatest secret. He discovers the existence of Imu, the mystical entity who sits upon the Vacant Throne to rule the people from the shadows. Trapped in the throne room facing Imu and the Five Elders, who have been transformed into ape-like, demonic creatures from folklore, Sabo unleashes the flames of his Devil Fruit (Mera Mera no Mi) in a desperate attempt to break free and escape, so he can reveal the truth to the whole world.
This 14 cm figure from the "WCF Special" collection perfectly captures all the mystical intensity and political tension of this historic confrontation. It depicts Sabo, more determined than ever, facing the dark and menacing silhouettes of the world’s supreme rulers. The attention to detail in the textures, despite the compact stylisation characteristic of the range, makes this a rare, symbolic and highly narrative piece, essential for illustrating the tipping point of the global rebellion.
