Origin and character lore
Silvers Rayleigh, nicknamed the ‘Lord of Darkness’, is a legendary character from the hit manga and anime series One Piece, created by Eiichiro Oda. He is world-renowned for having been the right-hand man and closest companion of Gol D. Roger, the legendary Pirate King, within the Roger Pirates crew. Following the disbandment of the crew and the execution of its captain, Rayleigh retired from piracy to settle quietly on the Sabaody Archipelago as a ship-coating craftsman.
Despite his advanced age, Rayleigh possesses phenomenal strength and remains one of the few people in the world to have mastered all three forms of Haki (the Fluid) to perfection, including the extremely rare King’s Haki. His importance becomes crucial when he takes the young Monkey D. Luffy under his wing following the tragic events of the Marineford War. During two years of intensive training on the island of Rusukaina, he teaches the future Pirate King the fundamentals of Haki, enabling him to survive the dangers of the New World. This exclusive figurine captures all the wisdom, elegant style and charismatic aura of this indispensable old master of the sword.
