The markings below the figure's name on the packaging read "Vinyl Figure", designating a fixed-head figure.

Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Created by mangaka Eiichiro Oda, Sanji - nicknamed "Sanji the Black Leg" - is the official cook of the Straw Hat Crew, recruited by Monkey D. Luffy during the Baratie sea restaurant saga. A former prince of the Kingdom of Germa who disowned his family of cybernetic tyrants, he was raised and trained in gastronomy and combat by the legendary pirate Zeff aux Jambes Rouges. Adhering to an absolute policy of never using his hands in combat in order to preserve his kitchen tools, Sanji has developed a formidable martial arts style based exclusively on super-powerful acrobatic kicks. His dream is to discover the "All Blue", a mythical sea where fish from all the world's oceans gather. The Netflix adaptation highlights his gentlemanly temperament, his love of the culinary arts and his aesthetic refinement.
