Origin and character background
Jozu, universally feared under the alias ‘Diamond Jozu’, is the former commander of the Third Division of the Whitebeard Pirates, from the global epic One Piece created by manga artist Eiichiro Oda. Possessing the exceptional powers of a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, the Shimmering Fruit (Kira Kira no Mi), Jozu is able to transform all or part of his body into pure diamond. This unique ability grants him near-invincible physical resistance, allowing him to block even the most devastating attacks — such as the slashes from the great Mihawk during the Summit War — whilst radically increasing the impact power of his ground attacks.
This 14 cm figurine from the "Battle Record" collection perfectly captures the hero’s imposing stature and martial agility as he unleashes his muscular power. The sculpture meticulously highlights his colossal build, his dark gladiator-style armour with broad shoulder pads, his characteristic spiked hairstyle, and his facial expression frozen in a ferocious battle cry. This is an absolute must-have for any collector wishing to complete the New World’s command staff and to illustrate the unwavering loyalty of this unshakeable human bulwark.
