Discover one of the most iconic Devil Fruits from One Piece with this little LED lamp produced by Teknofun. Inspired by the Mera Mera no Mi, also known as the Flame-Flame Fruit or Pyro-Fruit, it features the same orange spherical shape covered in flame-like patterns and topped with a long, spiral green stem.
Thanks to its translucent body, the fruit emits an orange LED light that highlights its contours when switched on. Two lighting modes are available: a steady light and a dimming mode that adjusts the intensity. An on/off button allows you to control the lighting directly.
Its compact size means it can be used as a small decorative light on a shelf or desk, but it can also be carried around thanks to the included One Piece wrist strap.
The Mera Mera no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit associated with fire. Its most famous user is Portgas D. Ace, commander of the Second Division of the Whitebeard Pirates and sworn brother of Monkey D. Luffy and Sabo. The official One Piece website describes Ace as the bearer of the Mera Mera no Mi and as a fighter capable of manipulating flames, which is the origin of his nickname ‘Fire Fist Ace’.
Following Ace’s death, the fruit reappears and becomes one of the major stakes in the Dressrosa arc. It is offered as a prize in the tournament held at the Corrida Colosseum. Sabo, sworn brother to Ace and Luffy and now Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army, eventually takes part in the tournament and recovers the fruit.
By consuming the Mera Mera no Mi, Sabo thus inherits the power once held by Ace and, symbolically, a part of his will. Official One Piece publications, moreover, present this transfer as the legacy of Ace’s ‘flaming fist’, with Sabo in turn using flames during his battles.
This Teknofun lamp directly echoes the distinctive appearance of this Devil Fruit, with its fiery orange colour, embossed patterns and spiral stem, whilst the LED lighting naturally reinforces its association with the power of fire.
