NIER AUTOMATA VER1.1A - 2B - Statue Noodle Stopper 13cm

NIER:AUTOMATA VER1.1a – 2B – Noodle Stopper Figurine 13 cm

Meet 2B, the iconic android from NieR:Automata Ver1.1a, with this Noodle Stopper figurine produced by FuRyu.

Measuring approximately 13 cm, this figurine depicts 2B in a seated position, a pose specially adapted to the concept of the range. Her distinctive black outfit, short white hair and black headband make her instantly recognisable as one of the most iconic figures in the NieR:Automata universe.

FuRyu’s Noodle Stoppers are designed to hold down the lid of an instant noodle cup whilst the noodles are cooking, using the figurine’s weight. Their seated pose also makes them easy to display on the edge of a shelf, a desk or any other suitable flat surface.

This more composed interpretation contrasts with the image of a fighter usually associated with 2B and allows you to fully appreciate the details of her design in a compact format.

Made from PVC, this figurine is the perfect addition to a collection dedicated to NieR:Automata Ver1.1a, particularly alongside 9S, A2 and the other characters from the anime adaptation.

Character background and lore

2B, whose full designation is YoRHa No. 2 Type B, is one of the central protagonists of NieR:Automata and its anime adaptation NieR:Automata Ver1.1a.

She belongs to YoRHa, a military organisation composed of androids created to fight the mechanical lifeforms that have invaded Earth.

With humanity having been forced to take refuge on the Moon, the YoRHa androids are sent to Earth to wage a proxy war and attempt to gradually regain control of the planet.

2B belongs to the combat model category. She is distinguished by her extremely disciplined approach and her determination to follow orders precisely, even when the situations she faces become increasingly ambiguous.

She regularly fights alongside 9S, a Scanner-type android specialising in reconnaissance, analysis and computer hacking. Their partnership forms one of the main narrative threads of the story.

At first, 2B seeks to maintain a certain emotional distance from 9S and frequently reminds him that emotions are forbidden to members of YoRHa. However, their relationship gradually evolves as their missions confront them with the contradictions of war.

The story of NieR:Automata notably challenges the distinction between machines and androids. Whilst mechanical lifeforms are officially portrayed as mere enemies, some begin to develop behaviours, communities and emotions that seem surprisingly close to those of human beings.

2B thus finds herself gradually confronted with truths far more complex than YoRHa’s official mission would suggest.

Her appearance has also become iconic: a black combat dress, high boots, white hair and an eye patch make for an instantly recognisable design, now closely associated with the franchise’s visual identity.

This Noodle Stopper figurine offers a more serene interpretation of 2B, far removed from her usual battles, whilst retaining the dark elegance and futuristic aesthetic that characterise the character.
