History and background of the model
Created by mangaka Masashi Kishimoto in 1999, Naruto Uzumaki is a ninja from the hidden village of Konoha who harbours the nine-tailed fox demon, Kyûbi. Despite the ostracism of his village during his childhood, his unshakeable determination and his credo (his "nindô") drive him to train relentlessly to earn the respect of his peers and fulfil his dream of becoming the Hokage, the supreme leader of the village. His journey has left its mark on the history of shōnen on an international scale.
Published by the manufacturer Funko, this crossover collection transposes the major figures of the saga into sports imagery in an unusual and modern way, giving Naruto the attributes of a professional football player.
