Origin and world of the character (Lore)
The MuppetBabies animated series features children's versions of the famous Muppet Show characters playing together in a large playroom. Fozzie, the big-hearted bear who dreams of becoming a famous stand-up comedian, develops a passion for jokes and puns from an early age, often punctuated by his signature "Waka Waka! laugh. Despite the fact that his gags often fall flat and his lack of confidence, his infinite kindness and devotion to his best friend Kermit the frog make him a deeply heart-warming pillar of the gang.
