SEGA Goods is expanding its Luminasta range with this Mega Man figurine in his Falzar Beast form, taken from the world of Mega Man Battle Network 6. This spectacular transformation combines the hero’s characteristic digital appearance with the attributes of Falzar, one of the two Cybeasts at the heart of the sixth instalment in the series. The figurine stands approximately 19 cm tall.

This form stands out distinctly from Mega Man’s usual design. His appearance incorporates elements inspired by a winged creature, with a more aggressive silhouette and extensions evoking Falzar’s powers. The dynamic sculpting particularly highlights this beast-like transformation and the changes made to the character’s armour, whilst retaining Mega Man’s iconic blue tones.

Made from PVC, this figurine is part of SEGA’s Luminasta collection, dedicated to characters from animation and video games in poses specially crafted for display.

Character background and universe (Lore)

In the Mega Man Battle Network series, MegaMan.EXE is not the robot from the classic Mega Man game, but a NetNavi – an intelligent computer programme that accompanies its human operator, Lan Hikari. The story is set in a futuristic society where most devices and infrastructure are connected to a vast digital network in which NetNavis can operate and battle computer viruses.

Mega Man Battle Network 6, originally developed for the Game Boy Advance, is available in two versions: Cybeast Gregar and Cybeast Falzar. The plot involves two extremely powerful digital creatures, Gregar and Falzar. In the Cybeast Falzar version, MegaMan absorbs Falzar’s power, granting him access to the Beast Out system.

In his Falzar Beast form, MegaMan.EXE gains abilities directly linked to the winged creature. In the game, this transformation enables him, amongst other things, to move without being affected by certain types of panels thanks to the Air Shoes and Float Shoes abilities, to enhance his non-elemental Battle Chips, and to unleash specific attacks associated with Falzar.
